Bicollateral vascular bundle

In this type of vascular bundle two patches of phloem, one on each side of xylem are found. There are two strips of cambium, one on each side of xylem are found. Only outer cambium is functional.

Example- Stem of family Cucurbitaceae and Solanaceae
Legumaria stem, Cucurbita pepo stem, Luffa cylindrica stem
