Permanent capital means which do not get exhausted after one use and can be used again and again.
Some examples of permanent capital are machinery, buildings etc.
Temporary working capital means things which we need to buy again and again for the means of production. It gets exhausted in a single use only.
Some example of it are seeds, raw material, money etc.
