When you are in bus if the bus is at rest and suddenly stares your body falls forward this because of its property inertia your lower part of body moves with the bus but the upper part tend to remain at rest so it falls forward and similarly,if you at moving bus suddenly the bus stops your body upper part falls back ward this is because of its perperty inertia
