Fleming's Right hand rule is used to show the direction of induced current. When you keep your index, middle fingure and thumb mutually perpendicular to each other then the thumb represents direction of motion, index finger represents the direction of magnetic field and the middle finger represents the direction of induced current.

Fleming right hand rule (for generators )
shows the direction of included current when a conducter attached to a circuit moves in a magnetic field. The right hand is held with the thumb,index finger and middle finger mutually perpendicullar to each other (at right angles) , as shown in the diagram.
