War allies ==> E.g. UK, France & USA in WW2

===> For support, reimbursment in arms and troops

Imports and exports ==> Importing exotic food, exporting surplus produce

===> Trade encourages economic growth

====> 1930s Deppression, trade halting worsened matters

Economic reasons==> Like UK & USA getting all friendly with India and China, two of the fastest growing ecomonies in the world

===> Feel they could benefit.

====> Again importing and exporting, successful countries- their population has more to spend e.g. China most populated country in the world. At the moment only Chinese products are sold there. If Coca Cola got into China....KERCHING!!
