SCP refers to SINGLE CELL PROTEIN :

▶️ Microbes like Spirulina can be grown on waste water from potato processing plants straw ,molasses animal manure and even sewage to produce food rich in proteins, minerals ,fats ,carbohydrates and vitamins .
▶️SCP is rich in high quality protein and is poor in fats it has been estimated that 250 kg cow produces 200 grams of protein per day
