A skill is something which sometimes is to be fetched but predominantly it is embedded in an individual while attitude is something which is gained by persistent toil. If someone really possess endeavor then nothing can be a hurdle in his/her way towards excellence.

it simple like if you are excellent you develop an attitude in yourself that you can handle situations easily by yourself so that's why it is said that excellence is not a skill it's an attitude
