Answer:

Fertilizers contain the maximum amount of mineral acids so they increase the acidity of soils and it can be neutralized by addition of calcium hydroxide or other basic chemicals. On the other hand alkaline soils with high pH content is neutralized by addition of organic matter content in the soil
