The scan was not very clear but this is what I thought were the details:

Height of cylinder = 1.4m and radius of the base of cylinder = 56cm (or 0.56m)

Since this is a closed cylinder, we will need to calculate the total surface area which is given by the formula 2πR (R + H) where R is the radius and H is the height of the cylinder.

Using the values we have with us we get:
2πR (R + H) = [2×(22/7)×0.56] × (0.56+1.4) = 6.899m²
