Read the instructions below for making Green Coriander
Chutney
Take a dozen sprigs of green coriander and wash well. Pick
the leaves and put them in a grinder. Roast half a teaspoon of
cumin seeds in a pan till brown. Put these also in the grinder. Add
salt and dried mango powder (amchur) or tamarind pulp to taste;
add also red chilli powder or a large green chilli . Grind to a fine paste;add a little water
Change the instructions in Passive Voice. Begin like this :-
A dozen sprigs of green coriander are taken and washed well
(Now complete the instructions.)
