Exhaustible resources

  • Those resources which can be easily used up are known as exhaustible resources
  • These resources take a lot of time to evolve
  • We cannot remake it if it is depleting at an alarming level.
  • For example, petrol,diesel etc.

Inexhaustible resources

  • Those resources that cannot be easily used up are known as inexhaustible resources.
  • These resources can be easily produced
  • We can use as much as we want because they can be easily replenished.
  • For example, sunlight, water, air etc.
