2) . two ways in which article 15 address inequalities are the state does not discriminate against any citizens on the basis of religion caste or place of birth.

1) universal adult franchise is important to democracy because it is based on the principal of equality.it does not discriminate on the basis of social and economic backgrounds.

2) The two ways in which article 15 addresses inequality are as follows: It prevents discrimination on the basis of religion, caste , etc.. it allows access to public place for all citizens irrispective of religion,caste,gender , economic status etc.
