x+1 is a factor of a poly.

to solve it put it equal to 0.......

x+1=0

then change side and sign also

x = -1 (value of x) (factor)

similarly, x-2=0

x =2 (value of x) (another factor)

similarly, x+3 = 0

x=-3 (value of x third factor)

these three are the factors of polynomial given.........
