The given expression is

 log( \frac{a ^2 b^3}{c})

We have to use the following two log rules

 log(a*b) =log(a)+log(b)<br />\\<br />log ( \frac{a}{b} )= log(a) -log(b)

Using these rules, we will get

 log(a^2 b^3) -log(c)<br />\\<br />= log(a^2)+log(b^3)-log(c)<br />\\<br />= 2 log(a) +3 log(b)-log(c)
