There is a well- known proverb saying “Actions speak louder than words”.

We may shout from the cliff-top claiming to do hundred of things, but unless and until we do those things in real, there is no value of those words.  

Intelligent people are those who talk less, and express their intentions through actions.

Those who talk great, but in reality cannot live up to their words, are generally looked down upon by others.
