using the identity

(a+b)(a+b)=a²+b²

here

a=2m

b=1/4

therefore

 {(2m)}^{2}  + ( \frac{1}{4} )^{2}  \\ 4 {m}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{16}

therefore the answer is 4m²+1/16
