Indentity
{ ( a-b-c )^2= a^2 + b^2 + c^2 - 2(a)(b)
+2 (b)(c) -2(a)(c) }

( 4x - 3y -2z )^2

=> (4x)^2 + (3y)^2 + (2z)^2 - (2)(4x)(3y)
+ (2)(3y)(2z) - (2)(2z)(4x)

=> 16x^2 + 9y^2 + 4z^2 - 24xy +12yz -16xz
