Expect plants,why can't other living organisms prepare their food using CO2,water and minerals?

beacause OUR system is organised in a way that we can live on this earth using O2 and giving off Co2 which cannot be retained in our body for longer period of time and our body also requires a lot of oxygen because carbon dioxide is not Gud for our system.. and health.and if all the living beings including plants will give off Co2 then this surely will increase the global warming...
