the non ciliated cells i.e.  peg cells  contain apical granules and produce the tubular fluid. This fluid contains nutrients for spermatozoa, oocytes, and zygotes.

Ciliated cells in fallopian tube is used for transfer of egg from ovary into uterus.
Function in cilia is movement in one direction.
And non ciliated cells in fallopian tube are used for any purposes bt main function is fertilisation of egg and sperm and forming zygote.
