The knowledge obtained from books and teachers is perfect in several respects. Unless it is supplemented and modified by the wisdom gained from experience, This is not to underestimate the importance of books. After all, the knowledge contained in books is based on experience. Bui experience is endless and we must constantly modify bookish knowledge in the light of practical experience.

If we visit historical places like Agra, Bijapur, the ruins at Hampi and the caves of Ajanta and Ellora, what we have learnt about these places from the text books on history will take on life, colour, and vividness. There can be no better way of learning the geography of different countries than actually visiting them and understanding them at first hand. In certain spheres of life like politics, experience is a must. An arm chair politician is ineffectual and cuts a poor figure.

The lessons learnt from experience will not be forgotten. If you tell a lie and consequently find yourself in a tight corner, you are not likely to repeat your mistake in the future. Certain bitter experiences - failure and suffering make us realise our errors and shortcomings and thus teach us how to improve ourselves.

The humans have begin to utilise the various resources which we found around us. This leads to development.

As we are living in a developing society; we also have a contribution towards it. But in this development some times we do such a thing which we shouldnot do. This acts aganist the our personal development as well as our societal development.

☆ The things which backfires our own personal or societal development is termed as Mistake.

We can say that a mistake creates a negative impact on us. But practically it does not happen. Mistakes create a sense in our mind in such a way that usually we will not replay that same mistake.

So , we can also say that Mistake is positive for us. But most of the people think that Mistake is negative but actually it is the most positive power for us.

Our Mistake prevents us repeatation of that same mistake again which can contribute towards our personal development and this personal development leads to the development of our society ; our Country and the human life.

Experience is the practical contact with and observation of facts or events. So, whenever we gain or lose something in past , it prepare us to face future problems. And prevent us to perform the same mistake again.

We can say that mistake is a part of experience which creates positive impact on our Future. If mistake will not be there then we cannot understand our fault which can spoil not only our future but also the future of our Society.

Experience is one of the key of success in human life. It makes us to reach our goal .
For example,

A student made a mistake in class test. Due to which the teacher asked him to prepare well.
This Experience allowed the student to practice particularly at the questions whose answer he could not give. This helps him to prevent his mistake and gain good marks in annual exam.

Why people ask a teacher or any other profession about his/her experience?

People ask so because they know that an experienced teacher or people has more knowledge and can perform the work well.
They can Know only from their experience.
