For curing of a drug addict it is not the only government to do so also we the common people who form and regulate the whole society have a major role in it.
Let me first start that how a person becomes a drug addict...
By psychologically scientists found that people who were not able to find love and hope in life and were going through the tough times were more likely to get drug addicted as by taking drug our brain releases morphine which gives a person a feeling of happiness and joy which is the feeing that one individual gets when he is loved ...so people take drugs just as a substitution of actual love and happiness which makes them addict.
So we are the one which form society and we are the one who simply reject a person saying that he or she is addict in place of motivating them and giving them love which may help them to overcome from that situation.
