(2) It belongs to the Indian subcontinent in South Asia.
(3) Previously it was originally a part of the Gondwana land.
(4) This land extends from below the Northern plains to South of India above Western Ghats.
(5) It is bounded by the Eastern Ghats on the East and Indian Desert on the West side.
