The Constitution guarantees six fundamental rights to Indian citizens as follows: (i) right to equality, (ii) right to freedom, (iii) right against exploitation, (iv) right to freedom of religion, (v) cultural and educational rights, and (vi) right to constitutional remedies.
Fundamental rights given in Indian Constitution are:
1.Right to equality- Everyone in India is equal instead of their caste, religion, race etc. All have equal access to public properties.
2.Right to Freedom- Everyone in our country has right of speech and expression, to live freely in any part of the country and practice any profession and occupation.
3. Right against Exploitation- Indian constitution restrict any kind of human trafficking, child labour or any other kind of exploitation which is against the human nature.
4.Right to freedom of religion- Everyone in our country has right to practice,profess and propagate religion of their choice.
5. Cultural and educational right- Everyone has right to preserve their language, customs etc by making educational institutions.
6.Right to constitutional remedies- If anyone feels their fundamental rights are being violated they can go to courts.
