ok
so what is triangle
if triangle is a simple closed figure by three straight lines.
side vertex angle are the terms of a triangle
there are two types of triangle
one based on length of the sides
second based on measure of the angles
continue on attachment.....
median of a triangle is a line segment joining any vertex of a triangle to the midpoint of its opposite side .
altitude of a triangle is a perpendicular drawn from any vertex to its opposite side
an exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of its interior opposite angles
if we measure the three angles of a triangle we find that their sum is equal to 180 this is known as angle sum property
in a right angle triangle the sides have some special lines the side opposite to the right angle is called hypotenuse the other two sides are known as the legs of the right angle triangle.
Pythagoras theorem:, in a right angle triangle the square of the hypotenuse equals the sum of the squares of its remaining two sides.
Converse of Pythagoras theorem: if the square of one side of a triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides then the triangle is right angle triangle
