Right Against Exploitation
One of the fundamental rights, Right against exploitation, enshrined in article 23 and 24, proffers two major provisions. First is the abolition of forced labor and second is the abolition of employing of the children younger than 14 years of age in hazardous jobs like in mines and factories. In fact, child labor is regarded as a gross infringement of provisions and spirit of the constitution of the country.
