The first line of defence includes physical and chemical barriers that are always ready and prepared to defend the body from infection. These include your skin, tears, mucus, cilia, stomach acid, urine flow, 'friendly' bacteria and white blood cells called neutrophils.

Skin and the mucus membrane is the first line of defense of body.
Skin prevents entry of any pathogens or foreign substance in the body and upper layer of the skin which is Stratum corneum is made up of dead cells which prevents any bacterial or fungus growth on it.
In the mucosa membrane, white blood cells are present which can kill the entered pathogen.
