"Go Back Simon" is an important slogan on the Boycott of Simon Commission.

Simon Commission: It was a committee which was made to do a study on the refroms that was necessary for the British India. It consisted of 7 members and none of them was Indian. The chairman of the committee was Sir John Simon.

The Indians were upset because the committee did not include any Indian members. All the members were White people. In 1928 on the month of February the Simon Commission came to India.

The political parties of India called for strike and showed the committee 'Black Flag' and shouted "Simon go back"

Hope it helps.
