these rivers are seasonal these are origianted on the plateau their catchment area is very small these rivers fom broad and shallow valleys these have aquired maturity these have very erosional activities these are of little use of irrigation these rivers are non-perennial godawari krishna tapi kaveri narmada are the major rivers
