1)first of all 3 ohm and 6 ohm will be connected in parallel to get 2 ohm then 2 ohm will be connected in series with it so we will get 4 ohm
2)current will flow more easily in thick wire because it has less resistance then the thin wire due to larger surface area

now P =VI=110×100/220=50W
