Language policy can be described as follows :
a. Hindi is an official language spoken by about 40% of total population.
b. 21 other languages are recognised as scheduled languages.
c. English was to stop for official purpose in 1965 but such had not happened.
d. Promotion of Hindi language was official policy for government since then.
e. this promotion not allowed to imposing Hindi on any non-Hindi state.
