explain about self defence by animals and plants through chemical warfare .

Many animals and plants protect themselves from their enemies by injecting painful acids and bases.
If a bee stings a person then rubbing a mild base like baking soda Sol. on the stung area of the skin gives relief.
Plants like nettle have stinging hair and if anyone touches it, it injects methanoic acid causing burning pain but by rubbing the leaves of dock plant, it provides relief as it acts as a base.

Yes plants and animals use chemical warfare to protect themselves from the attack (self defence). Animals like bees use to sting the people if they find that their life is in danger while plants like nettle have stinging hair like projections and inject acid into the skin of a person that causes severe burning pain.
