explain about the formation of dry land ?

due to deforestation  the trees are cut and the sunlight directly falls on  land ,the heat ,heats the moisture and water in the land and thus the land becomes dry because of loss of moisture and water

the land get dry when we cut trees continously without planted any more in place of it .it is so because when we cut tree  the soil of that land become naked an get directly the sunlight reached on it which soaked it's all the moisture and cause dry soil.
