The NAPCC was drafted and published on 30th June 2008 by the Government of India. The main objective of framing this plan is to highlight and maintain high economic growth rate towards improving the life style of people.
Take this example:
If any region suffered by scarcity of water, the National Water Mission plan to set an improvement of water use by making Dam and Canal to conserve the resources of water.
