India is still developing because India hadn't have much resources to grow up due to the long lasting British rule and squeezing up of all the money.

That's why India didn't have much resources and capital too. Still also many are unemployed and poverty rate is very high and so India can't be considered as a developing country.

India is still a developing country because due British rule over India ,by which we have lost our economy ,time (when other country were developing) , lack of resources , poverty by which we also have lack of literate person in your country , by these reasons India is still a developing country.
