We have to do this activity to find about the action of saliva on starch first have to take 1 ml starch solution in two test tubes A and B first we have to leave the test tubes un disturbed for 20 to 30 minutes and then we will add dilute solution to both of the test tubes then will observe a colour change and it will indicate about the presence or absence of starch in the two test tubes
