The advantages of in-house implementation are: You can take control of the functionality of the system, fits in accordance with the requisites of the company and the end product is fully under the control of the company owner.
The disadvantages includes – A lot of money is required for improving the system, the overhead cost is very high as more personnel’s are required, lacks portability, requires high costs for incorporating new technologies.
