the fundamental rights have been included in a constitution to emphasize the fact that the state for the people and for securing the Welfare of these guys are recognised as an essential for political, social, economic and religious life for the people .the fundamental rights are not absolute they are subject to the public good and safety of the state .the state exist for the people but when the state itself is in danger externallu or internally the rights of the individuals must not come in the way of any action necessary for the protection of the state

"The Constitution guarantees six fundamental rights to Indian citizens as follows:
1) Right to equality ,
2) Right to freedom,
3) Right against exploitation,
4) Right to freedom and religion ,
5) Cultural and educational rights ,and
6) Right to Constitutional remedies.
