∠J + ∠ I = 180°
Also, ∠G = ∠I = 70°
But the sum of ∠J and ∠I is 170°. It should be 180°. So its not a parallelogram.
Also the sum of ∠J and ∠G, ∠G and ∠H, ∠H and ∠I must be 180° too. But all have their sum 170°.
Hence its not a parallelogram.

Because every quadrilateral's sum of angles is 360°.
This figure's sum of angles is 340..as opposite angles in parallelogram are equal the sum will be 100+70+100+70=340.
So it can't be a parallelogram
