⭐The term “analogous structures” comes from the root word “analogy,” which is a device in the English language where two different things on a basis of their similarities.

⭐Analogous organs are the organs,which looks similar because they perform same function, but they do not have same org in and basic structure.

Example

Wings of birds and wings of insects.

Fins of fish and flippers of whale
