Antony trickily in his speech favoured ceasar ...he tells the people that ceasar was not ambitious ...and if he was ambitious ,then the conspirators had done the right thing in killing him...he called the conspirators and Brutus as honourable.. he taunts and says that they had done an honourable deed....also he says that ceaser was not ambitious bcz :
1.he thrice refused the crown on lupercal

Antony's speech in Caesar's funeral is more effective on the Romans as he his a talented oratory .
He uses the word honorable sarcastically against the conspirators, states Caesar's glory and victory , his humbleness and praises him.
He gives time to the mob to think , also gives evidences , about the will .
He is not only successful in changing the mobs mind but also turns them against the conspirators.
