1) Horizontal power distribution
Here the different organs of the government like legislative executive and judiciary have equal power and rights and each other keep a check on the others and this is known as balance and checks and no one can exercise unlimited power.
2)Vertical division of
Here, the power is divided between central government and other federal units of the country.
In India it is divided as central state and local government.
Here the central government has the highest power.
3)Community government which take cares of the problems related to language culture and tradition of a particular community.
