3. because European textile vendors started factories which made cotton textile such as chintz etc. which were used to be made in India.
4. in the factories the Cotton textiles were made with less human labour but as the case in India it needed much more human labour which made it costly but in the European countries because of the factories the human labour was less that's why it was cheap...
