Right to equality: all Person are equal before law .this means that all Persons shall be equally protected by the laws of the country .no discrimination should be there,on cast or gender.

Right to freedom: this includes the right to freedom of speech and expression.

Right against exploitation: ther should be no human trafficking, forced labour, and no employment of children under age 14.

Right to freedom of religion: all are having the right to choose there religion.

Cultural and educational remidies: if any citizen fell taht his/ her rights are been violated so they can go to file a case in the court
