Consumer Rights

  • Right to safety

A consumer has the right to receive safe products and safe services

  • Right to information

A consumer has the right to be informed about the products in the the goods and about the information about the services

  • Right to choice

A consumer ,regardless of their age race and gender, have the right to choose their goods and services

  • right to redressal

A consumer has the right to approach the consumer court if they feel like their consumer rights have been violated.
