Explain any one way by which Belgium has accommqdated the Regional difference and cultural diversity ?

For accommodating regional difference and cultural diversity Belgium amended its constitution four times. There was another third tier of government called community government which was elected by people of anyone language speaking community like French ,Dutch or German no matter where they live. Brussels also had a separate constitution where French and Dutch had equal representatives.
