Three drawbacks of the Constitution of France of 1791-

 1. The constitution did not provide for a fair representation by the way of vote or to say right to vote for choosing the government as it kept women out of the circumference of the right and the women hence were not allowed to vote.

 2. The law making the power was entrusted to and exercised by the Union government which was not directly chosen by the public and were rather brought to the chair via indirect form of elections and hence lacked the transparent and direct accountability.

 3. Another hindrance to proportionate and fair representation in terms of population was caused for the fact that only men above the age of 25 years old were allowed to vote as per the rule and law.
