1. non farming activities require capital. so government should make loan available at low interest so people could start non farming activities.

2. market should be in very large area.

3. there should be workshops for the villagers so that they can build their skills and start their own work.

4. villages should be connected to towns and cities through good road, transports and telephone facilities
