Hey there!
★ KNOW WHAT EVAPORATION IS??
Evaporation is the process of a substance in a liquid state changing to a gaseous state due to an increase in temperature and/or pressure. Evaporation is a fundamental part of the water cycle and is constantly occurring throughout nature.
The following factors affects the rate of Evaporation -
1. Temperature -
Higher is the temperature, greater is the rate of evaporation.
2. Wind velocity -
Greater is the wind velocity, higher is the rate of evaporation.
3. Humidity -
High humidity lowers the rate of evaporation.
4. Surface area of the material -
Greater surface area fecilitates evaporation.
5. Vapour pressure -
More vapour pressure on the liquid surface hinders evaporation.

Evaporation : The process of converting liquid form into gaseous form is called evaporation.
Three factors that effect the rate of evaporation are:
(1) Wind speed (If wind speed is high we have more evaporation)
(2) Temperature (If temp. is high evaporation is high)
(3) Humidity ( If rate of Humidity is more evaporation will decrease)
