Answers
Answer:
As a result of its conquest, Sind became a province of the Islamic Caliphate and governors were appointed to administer the region. As the commander of a frontier province, the governor was responsible for protecting the country against foreign incursions, and could carry out raids into Hind (India) at his discretion
Three features of Muhammed Bin Qasim's rule of Sindh-
1- His rule was just and tolerant
2- People were drawn to Islam, especially because there is no caste system in this faith
3- The Muslims (or 'dhimmis', the status of the Muslims under his rule) were free to practice their religion and had all the privileges of the state as Muslims
Impact of his rule-
People started to accept Islam as their religion because this religion's appeal lay in its tolerance, justice and equality for all human beings. Muhammed Bin Qasim was a fair, just and tolerant ruler and people really liked him. From Sindh, many people went to nearby lands to give them the message of Islam.
