1 gaddi shepherds living in himachal pradesh mostly spent their winter in the low hills of Siwalik range and graze their herds in scrub forests
2 in april they move to the 
north and spent the summer in Lahul and Spiti

hen the snow melted and the high passes were clear.... many of them moved on to higher mountain meadows
4 the gaddi shepherds have a hibbit of 
following seasonal movement in search of pastures for their grazing herds for the whole year

[1] Gaddi shepherds lived in Himachal Pradesh. They had a cycle of seasonal movement.

[2] They spent their winter in the low hill of Shiwalik range like Gujjar Bakarwals of Jammu and Kashmir.

[3] By April, they moved north and spent the summer in Lahul and Spiti.

[4] When the snow melted and the high passes were clean, many of them moved on to higher mountain meadows.

[5] By September, they began return movement. On return, they stopped at Lahul and Spiti.
